How does membership billing work?
You are billed monthly by default, with a quarterly option available at a 10% discount. Invoices are sent automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. Every plan can be paused for up to two months per year with advance notice, ideal for seasonal workloads or budget cycles.
How do I cancel, and are there penalties?
Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts locking you in.
What is the typical turnaround time?
It depends on your plan, from 5 business days on Essential to 48 hours on Scale for a first concept. Full timelines are confirmed during the Review stage.
Who owns the final work?
You do. Full ownership and source files transfer to you upon delivery, including editable Framer projects where applicable.
How many rounds of revisions are included?
This varies by plan, from one round per request on Essential up to unlimited rounds within the agreed scope on Scale.
How do we communicate day to day?
Through a shared request board plus a dedicated Slack channel on Growth and Scale plans, with scheduled calls for strategic check-ins.
What happens if a request falls outside our plan's scope?
We flag it during Review and offer a clear add-on price or timeline adjustment before any work begins, never a surprise invoice.
